Deine Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien für unsere digitalen Gesundheitslösungen
• Content-Erstellung (Text, Grafik in Zusammenarbeit mit Designer:innen) für Website, Newsletter, Social Media & Fachmedien
• Koordination und Optimierung von digitalen Kampagnen (inkl. SEO/SEA)
• Markenpflege und Aufbau einer konsistenten Kommunikationslinie
• Marktbeobachtung und Wettbewerbsanalyse
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams (Produkt, Vertrieb, Geschäftsführung)

Das bringst du mit

• Erfahrung im Marketing (idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen oder digitalen Umfeld)
• Know-how in digitalen Tools und Plattformen (z. B. HubSpot, Canva, Meta Ads, Google Analytics)
• Verständnis für medizinische/gesundheitliche Themen oder die Bereitschaft, dich einzuarbeiten
• Kreatives, strategisches Denken mit einem Blick für Zielgruppen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gutes Englisch
• Freude an Teamarbeit, Eigeninitiative und ein gutes Gespür für Menschen & Kommunikation

Das Einstiegs-Bruttojahresgehalt auf Vollzeitbasis lt. kollektivvertraglichen Bestimmungen beträgt pro Monat brutto € 2.473. Dein tatsächliches Gehalt ist abhängig von deiner Ausbildung und facheinschlägigen Berufserfahrung.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate software engineer to help us develop not only our products but the whole company. You have a high level of technical excellence, as well as a great sense of responsibility. With these skills you will contribute to the following areas:

• Implementation of new features.
• Design and architecture of new and existing applications.
• Ensure a high level of quality in our delivery and contribute to defining high standards.
• Analyze requirements and discuss technical solutions with stakeholders.

Your profile

• Substantial work experience as a (Senior) Software Engineer.
• Deep knowledge and practical experience with React and/or Angular.
• Worked with TypeScript and very good CSS skills.
• Specified and integrated RESTful APIs according to the OpenAPI specification.
• Designed and developed scalable cloud-based applications (ideally on Azure).
• German and a medical background (work or studies) are a plus.
